Dovid Clarke is the Victorian Government’s Chief Information Security Officer and Executive Director Data and Digital Resilience. He brings over 20 years’ experience in information and operational technology, security, risk, and resilience. Clarke has a passion for building high performing teams, creating strategic and innovative solutions for information and cyber security, crisis management and resilience. His career begun as an Officer in the Australian Army, serving for ten years, and seeing time in Australia and the Middle East. Clarke has held senior roles in Cyber Security and Operational Resilience at John Holland Group and Sydney Airport. He has a Master’s in Information Security and Intelligence from Edith Cowan University and an Executive MBA from Sydney Business School.
